The Minerals and Meteorites Gallery quite literally sparkles and shines with some of the most beautiful mineral specimens of South Australia.
I am going with quartz here since the tag is blurry and I can't remember - it is an educated guess but still a guess - since I am not a geologist it's likelya wrong one hahaha. If anyone knows better please let me know.
Yes it is quartz - the second most common mineral worldwide, behind feldspar. This specimen is lovely, love the back lighting. That's quite a museum you have in Adelaide!
