I love sharks!
Sharks are amazing and mysterious creatures. Unfortunately, because they are highly misunderstood they are then feared.
Not only did sharks first appear 400 million yeas ago, they are still here today. They have survived 5 massive planet extinction events. These extinction events killed most life on earth. The last one around 65 million yeas ago killed the dinosaurs. But not sharks. They were here to stay.
@louannwarren I didn't watch Jaws when it first came out because I spent so much time at the beach...now I don't worry when swimming because I know more about sharks than I did then ☺
