It is very cool. I used to love a similar filter on a photo-editing website that is long gone. Back when I used a digital point-and-shoot, my favorite effects were selective coloring and one where it would turn tiny lights into stars.....I wonder if I can find a filter to do these things now...I know probably for selective color, but not so sure about the tiny stars...
