we are only fourth tier down at about 28cm. The two places that had 40+cm are Water Yeat / High Nibthwaite and Winster. I'd like to know about how many people responded - perhaps I can find out by reading more stuff.
@narayani I was obviously ok at home, with a walk out in the lull, but other stories are pretty horrid. Can't get verification that "thousands" of people had to go to emergency centres, though.
