and it was lovely and crispy and tasty
Love Swiss chard its great in a stir fry and quite nice in an omelette. Yum

@narayani butter and pink Himalayan rock salt also quite recommendable!

@suzanne234 I'm not sure if I've ever bought any - if you see it in shops at all - but friends grow it and have a surplus. I encourage you to source some - a friend really can't digest it, others find it too strong - but I think it's wonderful - whether it's yellow, pink or red. Don't get to 60 and let chard have passed you by!!
