Abstract--Seashells

I was absolutely stumped on what to shoot today - but on viewing others photos I found Darren's entry word of the day Abstract - hence upstairs to my bedroom to photo graph a silk painting I had on my wall which I did some years ago .This was a painting of a sea shell .We all took a sea shell,to class ,took a photo of it ,found an interesting part , enlarged to draw & paint on silk material This was my take , which I embellished with seed pearls & small beads, stretched & framed it and is part of the decor in my bedroom

@jantan Hehehe !!What have you been on ? Thanks for your comment -yes silk painting is lovely , how it develops &spreads within its boundaries .I also had a go a batik i loved the results -so bright & vivid .
