I have been here a few times ~ beautiful shot of a wonderful place. I spent a week on the Llangolen canal on a narrowboat a few years ago [ the first of many canal boat holidays] I cannot be sure but I am sure this is teh canal that at one point you are moving West to enter England from WalesI would highly recommend it to anyone ~ the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is something else ~ and I held on for dear life LOL
Pleased to see this place! We have a street named after the river and also thought about hiring a canal boat to go on this particular canal! That acqueduct is famous!
