Yes love these trees, they are associated with warding off evil spirits. You can make the berries into Rowan jelly, great shot, really laden indeed.

Thanks for that bit of info !! I did not now that you could make Rowan Jelly out of the berries --I suppose similar to rose- hip jelly ??
