I can not remember the name of this plant in the garden -- but I love the variegation on the leaves ,and it is a beautiful leaf to use in flower arranging especially in a minimalistic arrangement using only a few flowers
Alium italicum marmoratum I reckon. We have some as ground cover in a shady spot. This is a lovely shot of it and it looks a lot healthier than mine does!
@jantan Thanks Jan --it sounds somewhat familiar although I am not very good with these Latin names --Give me a common every day name any time !! I bought this from our flower club plant stall --when I was a keen on flower arranging -and has flourished as a ground cover ever since !! Shall write its name in the back of my well thumbed plant book !!
