Poinsettia

I love the traditional red Poinsettia --so bright & festive looking .
This is for me !! as it is my birthday today . a rather mix of a day . this morning a hosp. app for an x-ray & follow up after my shoulder replacement --all is going well !! I am to have a steroid injection in my right shoulder hopefully to see me through until I recover from my knee replacement op ( due around next feb ) . Gary & my friend took me out for lunch --lovely and later this afternoon another friend called round to see me All in all a lovely day !!
