Late posting tonight as I have been out for the day , sorry if I have not commented on your entries -but I feel rather exhausted tonight ! Every one seemed to be on the roads today as we went over the border to Wales ! Intended to stop in Llangollen but the place was packed and it would be impossible to take my scooter along the rather narrow pavements there . So we drove up the Horseshoe Pass to the Café on the top named The Ponderosa where all the bikers congregate at weekends ! Some fab big bikes there We had lunch then I wandered in the little gift shop while Gary and Alfie had a walk up one of the hills !!

We went once to Llangollen and it was a lovely sunny day and I can tell you, you couldn't even walk on the pavement with all the people who packed the place. Love those bikers - some of them do thank excessive risks though.
