AttinghamPark NT

Yesterday I met up with my dear friend at the one of the local NT properties . unfortunately not for a walk in its parkland but for a cosy chat and a warm snack in one of its cafes . Amazing how a simple snack could take up to 3 hours !! ,but then we hadn't seen one another for well over a month .!! Mary and I have been friends for over 40 years , for nearly 20 of those years we taught together in the same school , not only as colleagues but friends from the start ! The date for our next meeting has been firmly pencilled in , in our diaries !
