I love poppies in all forms - after my poppies finished flowering and turned into seed heads - I gathered and dried them . Seeds were gathered - amazing how many of my neighbours requested some of the seeds ! and the dried poppy heads on the stalks are now in a vase in my conservatory while these heads were cut off the stems and arranged in a bowl with glass baubles ! So I have had full use of my poppies !
Another wet day today - waiting for my hairdresser to call to give me a trim !
Such beautiful hats those poppy seed heads have! I not one bit surprised your neighbours are queueing up for you seeds....they know a good poppy when they see one...excellent genes! The only beautiful use of every part!
