I love the ruggedness of the dry stonewalls that run for miles separating the fields in N.Wales - as in many parts of UK.. I love how they gather moss , grow algae and lichen, some of the stones come in many shapes and sizes . So different to the soft foliage of the trees beyond !

Beautiful walls. I always wonder about the work that went into creating them. I like how they have become part of the environment but still seem more natural and don’t block the view beyond.
