Still very much under the weather with mt aches and pains - so my apologies if I am spasmodic in my comments - my shoulders freeze up and are full of pain when I try to type on the keyboard .At the moment I have lost all oomph to compete in the challenges and may dip in occasionally , but on the whole I shall go at will this month . Today I had a dental appointment - only a check-up , and all was well !!All dressed up ready to go but obviously had to take off my mask ! ha
I know how you feel as I'm suffering myself, hope your well soon. I do however think the dentist my have a problem with your teeth with that colourful mask on. (wink) FAV
Sorry you are still in pain Beryl and I hope you will soon be feeling a lot better. I have little cushion under my wrist at the keyboard but I keep losing it. Great selfie and a sign of the times.
Oh don’t comment at all Beryl....anyone under the weather is definitely excused! Hoping you improve very quickly...I imagine you can get many flair ups....don’t reply to this comment either! Nice mask!
I can't seem to speak to real person at our dentist surgery. My appointment last March was cancelled because I had 'been in contact with someone with symptoms'! As it turned out not covid, but I haven't heard from them since.
So glad all was well at the dentist, so sorry to hear you are in the miseries. I empathise, with you. I forgot to mention my shoulder op was cancelled in January, the pain now is constant and I find it hard to get motivated. I’ve had my jab and all pre-obs done so can go strait in when they call me. I hope your pain eases with the milder weather. Margaret x
@craftymeg Thanks Margaret , - I think it is a flair-up of the polymyalgia muscle pain across the shoulders/upper back - radiating to everything else !! Sorry to hear you are still waiting for your op . Every thing seems to be on hold with this Covid - but glad you have had your C jab - one step forward at least - Hope you will have your op soon with the Summer to recuperate ! xx
A portrait very much of our ‘new normal’. The few days of sunshine were an uplift but there are certainly challenges still at each corner especially now it’s colder again. I hope the pains ease for you. Be kind to yourself and take time to rest.
