Pretty Poinsettias

This gorgeous poinsettia wall plaque was made by my husband using a scroll saw. The technique is called "Intarsia". It is one of my very favorite pieces of wood art which he has made to beautify our home! Even though it is a bit Christmas-y I leave it hanging in our living room year-round.

It is gorgeous, Barb. You have a most talented husband. Is it all stain or is there some paint on the poinsettia?

@sansjuan Thanks, Nita. It is some of both... My husband used paint which he thinned down to give it more of a "washed" feel.
