Suspicious Mama!

This was one of the last photos I managed to get this morning while watching moose browse right outside our house. By this time, both mama and baby were in the birch trees just behind the house, and I was thankful I had one window that faced that way! I knew that, if I stepped out onto our small porch to be able to still see them, she and her baby would be gone in an instant!

In this photo I can see that she senses they are being watched! Another 30 seconds and they headed further into the woods! I feel so blessed by God this morning to have such a lengthy opportunity to capture 100+ close-up photos!
