A shot after my own heart. Mine is slightly further on than this. I am already beginning to dream about rhubarb crumble and custard. Is this a dessert you have in Montana?
@korky Hi, Tony! My husband likes a rhubarb cream pie that I make. It is kind of custard-y inside. Uses a normal pie pastry and very pretty if the top crust is latticed. Our temperature here are averaging in the mid to upper 40's F right now. so maybe that's why our rhubarb is a bit behind yours in growth?
