This sculpture is located at one of our favorite spots in the city. High Street is a little area that has a lot of little shops and restaurants and of course a Starbucks.
Even though it is always busy which is okay if you like watching people It is a nice place to just hang out and have fun. We had stopped by the staionary shop to pick up something that they had printed for us
Great sculpture. You captured this one really well. I like the sunny-ness of it with the "people" catching different degrees of the light. Too bad the cars are in the back ground but I guess you'd have to get there quite early in the morning to catch a shot without them! Nice job.
that's an interesting sculpture and i like the angle of the light from where you took the shot. the area looks like one of those 'snobbish' ones we have outside the city. you were at notables, i should guess? i like that name for a stationery store - notables. i go to one with a post office at the back and it's called 'postables'.
@summerfield It is funny because a lot of people consider this a "snobbish" area. However, for the most part the stores are very nice and the staff are very nice and down to earth people
