Well today was not a very nice day as far as the weather went. We woke up to more snow, yes you heard me right, more snow on the ground and before we left to meet some friends for coffee at Starbucks it started snowing again.
Took this shot as we were riding the train across the river. It shows the High Level Bridge up close as the bridge the train crosses over on is right next to it. In the the distance is the Walterdale Bridge.
Got a few more things done to prepare for our trip. Melody's brother and sister-in-law arrive tomorrow and we leave on Tuesday morning
Gorgeous POV, Brian ... just love the color tones of this. Our sun is getting so bright here, I'm always having to change the settings. Love this capture.
what the %#&8@...snow?!? and i take it this is not in black and white but just the miserable weather? you're off on a trip! that's exciting! hope you have fun!
lovely lines and composition from the bridges - very moody light and tones, really feels cold and wintry - sorry that you've got snow again. Have a wonderful trip away
Snowing hey - we've had glorious sunshine again today, but our turn for the cold weather is coming. Great photo - glad you took the opportunity of taking this photo from the train.
I like the composition with the bridge across the top of the pic :)
We're having the opposite here in Melbourne, Aus - it's staying warm and sunny, when we're most of the way through autumn...
