A Beautiful Mansion

Today's word is driveway. This gave me the opportunity to feature one of Edmonton's finest homes.
This is the Magrath Mansion located in the Highlands neighborhood. It was built by a real estate developer, William Magrath in 1912.
For most of its existence it has been a private residence.
Recently it was sold to the nearby Concordia College. They are planning to keep its historical features while using it for such things as a public library, cultural exhibts, special events and an urban garden
