Including - the dress, the bride, the ceremony, the flowers, the rain. Oh, and the dress I made too. I finally got it finished. It was quite a challenge as silk is not the easiest of fabrics to work with. I'm just glad I wasn't on the Great British Sewing Bee! It only took me two weeks! I've just come back from the most awful church meeting, Had to have a bar of chocolate and a glass of red to calm me down! BTW that's Peter and I bottom left in case you hadn't already worked it out.
Love your dress Judith...the colours are lovely...I will recognise you both now when you walk up my path!
Thought for a brief moment you had made the brides dress!!
Looks a very beautiful wedding, thanks for showing us...very handsome couple & a beautiful venue.
Thanks for sharing -- always so lovely to see wedding photos !!-- all very lovely . Your dress in shot silk is lovely I agree silk is not the easiest of fabrics to handle !!
It's a great collage, Judith, of what was clearly a wonderful day. Your dress is beautiful -- amazing that you could make something like that (that anyone can, actually). The photos capture the range of the day well.
Fabulous captures of the day, wonderful collage. Your dress is beautiful and I agree silk is a difficult fabric.. I loved watching the sewing bee series but I do think it gives a false impression that sewing is quick when it ISN'T...but always amazed at what some can create in such a short time.
