It's the Bake-off tonight so I thought I'd post this one of Frances Quinn who was last year's winner. She was doing a demonstration at the Eden project while we were there. She was very chatty and did a sort of question and answer thing with the interviewer while she was baking. She made marzipan bees with baobab powder added as toppers for her mini muffins. We all got a very tiny piece of cake to try afterwards.
