Moving out and moving in! by busylady

Moving out and moving in!

Our daughter, partner and baby son have moved in with us this weekend. This is our conservatory which as you can see is now full of boxes. Their expected house move has not taken place so rather than lose their buyer they are staying with us until things are sorted out. Our system of buying and selling houses in this country defies belief. 3 good things 1) finding my Autumn colours picture made it to the PP - thank-you! 2) quality time with Henry for the next few weeks! 3) a pleasant afternoon spent in the garden and tidying out the shed - at last!
Thank goodness for mums and dads to bridge the gap!

Nowhere to sit now in the sun drinking tea or wine! However the time with family will be relished!

I agree about buying houses......which do you do first sell or buy!! Hope all goes ahead quicker than you think! Lovely to have them for a week or two but they will be ready to move ASAP. I am having son, daughter in law & two children for six weeks in the summer...mixed feelings.....might be quite exhausting!
