We've had fun this weekend with a selection of wooden, fabric and shiny hearts, some with messages, hanging in the tree in the front garden. I also put out some home-made biscuits inviting anyone who passed by to help themselves. It was an idea from our church to 'share the love'. Most of the neighbours popped by to take part. Also we managed to catch the postman and the lady delivering leaflets. This red heart is one which was hanging in the tree, (but not the bear!) so I hope it has spread a bit of cheer in our street.
Well you have celebrated in a good way.....I think it would be a different Valentine’s Day for many. Not many places to but cards or flowers this year!
No one we knew, they were just folk who jumped on the wall in front of the car!
