The pedstrian area around the Battersea power station is an attractive place for a stroll, with modern art sculptures, eating places and good views over the Thames. There are also many tower blocks of very luxurious apartments.
The bridge was built in 1859 and was the first railway bridge to cross the River Thames.
A really interesting shot. Last time I walked through this area a lot of building work was still going on and the temporary paths through the site was like a maze. Looks like it is well worth another visit!
