City wall, Tallinn

Tallinn is a beautiful city. We are staying close to the amazing city wall, built in1265, but altered in the 14th century. Built 15 feet high and 5 feet thick and a mile and a half long. The community garden visible here was set out by the nun Hildegard. She aimed to create a garden which encouraged growing medicinal plants

My wife enjoyed your photos of Tallinn and Riga . We were expecting Riga to be a dump but it and seaside Jumala were lovely.
