The resort needs an new bridge across the slough, so rigs are not permitted across the water until the permits to get the permits are approved and Corporate forks over the money to put a new 100K lbs bridge that is wider that the existing stream so that the stream has room to grow. I would have wanted to get an old railroad flat car and put it across the water, but even that is not permitted anymore.
