Punxsutawney Phil would have seen is shadow in the Pacific Northwest this day.

300 AM PST TUE FEB 4 2014

.SYNOPSIS...COLD AND DRY WEATHER WILL PREVAIL THROUGH FRIDAY. A
WEATHER SYSTEM WILL BRING PRECIPITATION BACK TO THE AREA SATURDAY
INTO SUNDAY. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THE PRECIPITATION WILL START AS
SNOW BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO RAIN.
