We spent a few days at the beach with friends, an annual trip we make each fall. We love to sit on the balcony looking out to the ocean, watching the droves of monarch butterflies going south for the winter. This year was a bit later than usual but we still saw a few. This photo was taken mid day so the light isn't good, but I was pleased to see a few.
