A lonely lighthouse at the Cape Jackson point as we leave Queen Charlotte Sound. This is the first of two tidal streams between light and land that require good timing and preferably slack water to safely traverse. The second, French Pass, is notorious for whirlpools, which are amazing to see and difficult to photograph as I’m usually holding onto the boat.
