Moth
I have no idea what variety of moth this is. It was just sitting on a leaf in my back yard and I needed a shot for today. They look so different through a macro lens.

I think it’s rather beautiful up close. I like the antennae and the fluffy wings. Love the details, the lighting, and the comp. Very nice shot.

Not to be the skunk at the garden party, but it looks like a female European Gypsy Moth. They're an invasive species that, when in caterpillar form, devour foliage on hardwoods. It's a major problem here in Ontario. Looks like they are in BC too, but not entrenched there.
