Nicely captured. I do remember these and the rather sad memory of one of my friends breaking her arm while we were out on them. But then I'm sure the new sleek roller blades are responsible for a number of shattered limbs too, all part of the rough and tumble of a good childhood.
Love the moodiness of this shot. My father used to have some skates like these and I remember trying to use them as a child but couldn't get the hang of them at all.
