Farm House

I enjoy shooting historic homes and buildings. This farm house is in Ladner, just across the Fraser River south of where I live in Richmond. It is still a private residence so I don't know anything about it other than the fact that it is typical of farm homes built in the early 1900's

A lovely example and good for you to capture them while you can. Around here they are disappearing one by one and soon I fear they will be gone. Replaced by boring modern townhouses.

This is such a touching image of this "weathered and worn" farmhouse. The old barns & farm houses are falling down or being torn down at an alarming rate. Perfect candidate for b/w.
