Resting in a Peaceful Setting

I visited the Camp Nelson National Cemetery again this weekend. I posted another picture on November 24th. It sits up on a hill and is surrounded by beautiful farm land....very peaceful.
Gorgeous!!

Pretty, Cindy. . . it looks like it was a nice day. Did you get really cold again?? 362 out of 365 - here we come!

@lyno - Thanks, Lyn. Yes I was out in a light sweater this weekend (my husband was in short sleeves) and then yesterday it barely hit the 30's! They're saying we're going to get a wintry mix for the next few days so it looks like I may have to post fillers to finish out my 365!

Is this a military cemetery? it does look to be a peaceful place, which I think would be comforting to family who have loved ones buried here.

@paula365 - Yes, it's a military cemetery.

Sad, sad, sad. Imagine.

@dauber - It is sad, for sure, but there's definitely a peaceful feeling whenever I go to visit. Reverant, but peaceful. Thanks so much for the fav.
