Colora are changing a little more every day. It's a daily gift from Nature.
Today was my bookclub meeting. We all discussed "David Copperfield" from Charles Dickens. Most participants found this book challenging to read. More than half of the club members were not in attendance because they didn't read the book. Usually people don't like to read classics. I am at the opposite side of the spectrum greatly enjoying classic books.
What a lovely fall scene. I belong to a Book Club too. I try very hard to read the books for the meetings whether I like them or not. It seems my taste in books is different than many of the participants in my book club, but I find that Iāve enjoyed some of the books that I didnāt expect to.
Beautiful capture of the emerging autumn color. I hope you had a good discussion anyway. We try to do at least one classic every year. Our read for tomorrow is a fast and easy, what I would call a soft read. I liked it. It was the Marlow Murder Club. It was selected because it is coming to our PBS network next month.
