Henrietta Street Whitby

A trip to Whitby today was sunny but cold. This photo was taken at the base of the 199 steps, the winter sun dappled the houses and gave light and shade.

Whitby is an amazing place, I feel like I am there walking up the hill behind you.
So sad about the recent landslips :(

Yes it is a great place to find all those great nooks and crannies. I never get sick of going and exploring. It was a lovely day but the wind was freezing:). You can see the landslide near the church it doesn't look good.
