Love the weathered bark on this old pine tree, it's branches are covered in lichen and moss, judging by its girth it must be hundreds of years old. It stands at the twist of the graveyard path and for over 50 years has tried to trip me up on its twisted roots and strewn pine cones!. I took this yesterday but its a tribute to my mam who's birthday it would have been today.
