Cloudy skies 24C and heather as far as the eye can see. This is the true heather or Ling with just bits of the bell heather mixed in, it’s a bumper year, I think it will be at its best in a week or so. This was the view from Danby Beacon towards Kildale a couple of days ago. When the sun shines it sparkles but as yet we have not caught it. I’m going to try again in a few days.
