Along the cliffs at CowBar near Staithes a nesting couple.....

Thank you for all your wonderful comments favs and get well wishes. I've had my stitches out and now I have to get on with the physio so fingers crossed ill soon be on the mend. Until then please excuse my short comments or maybe just a fav and no comment, I have got to reduce the typing :(. I will be viewing all your photos but have just got to be patient with the healing process.
