Across the vale the rapeseed is flowering and although cloudy the sun did manage to peep through and highlight the spring greens. I love the rural splurge of this scene with all the farms nestled in the fields and livestock scattered around.

I spent all morning at the hospital and the news is good! I am healing ok, everything is on track, the specialist was pleased with my progress so now I am in a walking pot and shoe and can take it steady until removal date in 4-6weeks depending on when I can get an appointment and if it is strong enough to use without the cast. Now all I have to do is figure out how to walk without having an accident! And keep my fingers crossed it heals well. I can't wait!! Many many thanks to everyone who wished me well and for your comments and favs, I so needed the boost you gave me.
