This shot Is my version of the 50's Hitchcock film 'Rear Window' where James Stewart was laid up with a broken leg, all he had was the view of the window while he was waiting for his leg to heal.
This is my view out of the dining room window across the back garden, it's 9 weeks now and with luck I have only another 3 weeks. I still can't get up stairs but at least I am hobbling a bit now.
Better on black.
Thank you for all your comments and favs all are much appreciated.
Lovely view. Oh I really sympathise. I couldn't get upstairs when I broke my leg last year. I thought it would never end! I am now walking about 9miles so things improve with time.
Rear Window was scary! Your photo brings back memories when I fell down the stairs and broke my foot in a 4 story house...with a dog and a brand new puppy! I was stuck in a wheelchair for 6 weeks on the 3rd floor where there was a bed, bathroom, computer and phone. I had no access to the front door or kitchen. It was very difficult indeed! Glad you are in the home stretch!
A much nicer rear window view than James Stewart had. Hope all goes well. I was out of action for 6 months in a similar situation so I can sympathise with you.
