Under the spreading Hawthorne tree

On the road to Castleton over the moors stands this lone huge Hawthorne tree, it shelters the sheep in all weathers, I don’t know how old it is but it’s been there as long as I can remember. I always manage to get a car behind me when I want to take a photo but I managed a quick one this week.
