Down the Struggle

The day was cloudy but mild and we enjoyed our trip to the lakes today. This was taken coming down “The Struggle” into Ambleside. You can see how narrow the road is from the car in front of us, luckily there are passing places all along the road, but it is still a bit of a squeeze in places!

Did you really take this out the windshield? It is so crisp and clean and beautiful! This is a picture with so many pictures inside of it. You could cut this up into many pictures and they would all be gorgeous. A fav many times over!

Lovely pov. There are definitely places where I wish we were in my little Fiesta at times when we are in our bigger car when in Yorkshire or Derbyshire - such narrow steep lanes with unforgiving stone walls! Big fan of Ambleside, such a sweet place.
