A close up of the last bit of the climb to the top of Roseberry Topping. There are a few climbers on the way up and a few that are hidden too far away. Poor Roseberry is reallyfeeling the strain of all the foot traffic, it’s looking so worn, it badly needs a rest. I think I’ve mentioned before the amount of people who visit, it can be hundreds in any one day in good weather, amounting to thousands a year. It’s funny it’s only just become so popular in the last 5 years or so, it never used to be visited like this ever!
