Red Campion by craftymeg

Red Campion

A patch of red campion in the hedgerow mixed between cow parsley, nettles and ferns . Wild flowers are so pretty and abundant at this time of year it’s just such a pity we havnt been out to see them. Taken the other day on our one and only short trip to see the bluebells.
Nice on black

I wish there were more wildflowers allowed to grow here. Seems someone is mowing them down or spraying them.

I just wonder: is this spring exceptionally beautiful, or is it an isolation effect.

A lovely shot! The lockdown might not have relaxed too much yet, but there are certainly more people out and about now.
