Just as a bit if fun I made my granddaughter a pair of crochet trainers. She is a year old, I made the biggest size and they just fit. As soon as she saw them she asked for them to be put on, she absolutely loved them and we got a video of her proudly walking around in them. I now have to work out how to make a bigger pair for her brother. They make great slippers!! I may have mentioned that I have picked up crochet again since lockdown, I was a bit rusty but have enjoyed the challenge. I’m now in the middle of making a crochet doll as a keepsake for my oldest granddaughter to take away to University and that is a real challenge!
