I think I am done now, just a few meringues to make, which are not as hard as the macarons. As we don’t know what is happening yet with the new variant COVID everything is freezable or will keep at least a week or two, I don’t fancy having to start again. Caught these as they were growing their”feet’ which they are famous for!!
Waw - putting the rest of us to shame - so good to keep up with traditions , am sure they will be delicious ! - I used to do a lot of baking when we went up to Wales for our family Christmas -- but now with covid and not entertaining the baking is at a smaller scale - but still some of our favourite treats !
They look delicious. We are wondering how the Omicron variant will affect Christmas here too as we have only just opened up again after our latest lockdown.
