Our oldest granddaughter was inducted into the National Honor Society yesterday. Our youngest granddaughter who is in 5th grade took this shot with my camera. When she got done taking it, she said she had messed up the shot because she had cut off our feet. She must be listening when I've talked to her about composition.
@ankers70, it is an organization run through the local schools. You must be at least a junior in high school and have a minimum grade point average of 3.5. You also must have show leadership, service, and character. The teachers in the individual schools vote on the applicants.
This is a lovely family photo. It is difficult to take a full-length picture indoors. I rather miss your wife's right hand. Anyway, I congratulate your granddaughter on getting into this organization.
