The snowdrops are blooming. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for this! The snowdrops are the first spring flower to bloom in my city. These spring flowers signify the beginning of the much awaited season of Spring. The snowdrops were tall enough today that I could shoot them against the sky. This week, I am working on focus, DOF and background. I mostly worked on the background today. I found I liked the sky backtround a lot better than I did the ground mulch background. I wish my focus would have been a bit clearer, but that is the best I could do with the March breeze. I hope to return next week to take more shots of these snowdrops. We are supposed to have rain later on today followed by snow, but I think the snowdrops will make it through this storm.
